We do not offer returns or exchanges under normal conditions once a product has been delivered. However, if you receive a faulty or damaged candle, or face any quality issue, you may be eligible for a conditional exchange.

If your scented candle arrives broken, defective, or with a manufacturing flaw, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

After your request is received, our Quality Assurance team will review the issue and guide you through the next steps.

If the product qualifies for exchange, we will provide a replacement or exchange voucher for your next purchase.
